ETDS Detroit was founded by Cicely, who saw firsthand how a simple act of care could transform a difficult moment. After caring for her late father during his illness and witnessing her sister’s resilience through the premature birth of her niece, she built ETDS Detroit as a way to turn compassion into tangible support for families.
