Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Engagement Therapy & Day Spa ("ETDS Detroit," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Services

ETDS Detroit offers two distinct care programs:

• Bundle & Bond (Subscription Service): Recurring pregnancy care subscription with bi-monthly box deliveries and digital resources between shipments. Available in 6-month, 9-month, and 12-month commitment plans.
• Inner Blooms (One-Time Purchase): Personalized cancer support care packages available as single purchases or gifts. Not a recurring subscription service.

Subscription Renewals: Bundle & Bond subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel in advance. You will receive a renewal notice before each billing cycle.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. One-time purchases are subject to our refund policy outlined in Section 4.

3. Billing and Payment

Subscription Services (Bundle & Bond): By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan (monthly billing for 6-month, 9-month, or 12-month commitments). Subscription renewals are automatic unless you cancel in advance of your next billing date. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription if payment fails.

One-Time Purchases (Inner Blooms): Payment is processed at the time of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation and receipt via email. One-time purchases do not automatically renew.

All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes where required by law. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Subscription Cancellations (Bundle & Bond): You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support at Hello@ETDSDetroit.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to receive service through that period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused portions of prepaid plans, except as required by law.

One-Time Purchase Refunds (Inner Blooms): Due to the personalized nature of our care packages, refunds are only provided for unopened, unused products returned within 14 days of delivery. Personalized or customized items are non-refundable. Please contact customer support to initiate a return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Subscription Deliveries (Bundle & Bond): Subscription boxes are shipped bi-monthly according to your selected plan. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days within the United States.

One-Time Deliveries (Inner Blooms): Care packages are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of order confirmation. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days within the United States.

Gift Shipments: Many of our products are purchased as gifts and shipped directly to recipients. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping addresses. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by you.

Address Changes and Re-Shipment: Shipping addresses can be updated before an order ships. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible. If a package is returned to us or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address you provided, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees to re-send the package.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs (for international orders), weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Please contact us if you do not receive your package within the expected timeframe.

6. Product Changes

We reserve the right to modify, substitute, or discontinue products in our subscription boxes without prior notice. We strive to maintain the quality and value of each box while adapting to availability and customer feedback.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and digital resources, is the property of ETDS Detroit and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Member-Exclusive Content: Digital resources, educational materials, and exclusive content provided to Bundle & Bond subscribers and Inner Blooms purchasers are for personal use only. You may not share, redistribute, sell, or publicly display any member-exclusive content. Violation of this provision may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ETDS Detroit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
